Week 2: New Beginning

Good news! Steph weighed in today and she lost a total of 4.5 inches in her first week! Way to go! Hard work really pays off!

Our new workout regimen is as follows:

1.) Circuit training: 2 minutes each on bike, elliptical, treadmill, and stair stepper, alternating with squats, crunches and chest press. This circuit will be repeated for a total of 22 minutes (2 minutes of cardio followed by 1 minute strength training).

2.) Pool workout: 3 laps followed by 50 squats and 150 leg kicks - repeat 3 times

3.) Leisure: 3-mile walk per day.


I still haven't decided what our challenge activity will be for this week. Let's put it to a vote!

Option 1: Canoeing with the gators
Option 2: Boot Camp class
Option 3: Rock Climbing

Steph's fate lies in your hands. You choose!

Boot camp class! No gators! if you capsize that canoe you are a goner! Rock climbing is too difficult yet...I wouldn't do it b/c I might break a nail lol.
